Ryan is incompetent. He likes to strut around pretending to be this Big Thinker, yet he couldn't accomplish their major objective. Trump should put Gingrich and Carson in charge of whipping up something reasonable on health care. Run it by Ann Coulter and Rand Paul ahead of time, then demand that it be passed. He probably wanted to do something like that this time but was prevailed upon to let Ryan share the glory.
