Its no better on the rich side of town. The waiting rooms are nicer at Cedars-Sinai but they'll kill you just as quick as County-USC Medical Center. The good doctors have gone private and accept no insurance of any kind. You write a check at the end of your appointment. That is the future so the trick becomes to pay as little as possible for your Obamacare policy and then never use it except in an emergency when you can't wait to see your private doctor (mine is in Bethesda, a 5-hour flight to Dulles then a 1-hour drive to Bethesda). The poor people and middle-class will go onto waiting lists for almost everything.
Why the same way we "pay" for everything now of course. A combination of borrowed money we'll never pay back and more printed money that's not worth the paper it's printed on.
