    Besides I was talking about peelosi making future health care and
    ins rates going up as a direct result of her administration actions.

    Welfare in today's context also means organized efforts on the part of public or private organizations to benefit the poor, or simply public assistance. This is not the meaning of the word as used in the Constitution.

  9. It looks like it is stated as a fact to me. Your interpretation that it means we are all to foot the bill for the uninsured sounds like an opinion. This site was also up long before this debate began, and I read this exact def like 2 years ago and it is the same today.

    What about the other issue?
