    Pre exiting conditions for kids,high risk pools for people who cant get insurance,kids on your insurance until 26 ,no lifetime caps,insurers can only drop you due to fraud all take effect immediately

    Besides I had health insurance yesterday, today and will have it as long as I need it.

    No thanks to peelosi & company for making that more expensive,

  10. Click the link for welfare, it did not mean what it does today when this document was written.

    It is also not the only Constitutional issue. There is no way whatsoever to interpret any power of Congress as being able to FORCE anyone onto a federal program through the consequences of fines and/or imprisonment. That mandate is in the bill.

    In fact go ahead and read Article I section 9, there is a limit on Congress that reads: No bill of Attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed. Click on Attainder, it appears that this mandate is SPECIFICALLY illegal.
