TweaK: why does the header/banner have to stay in place as you scroll to read an article. Never interfere with the users ability to scroll, fixed headers on sites annoy the heck out of me. At least allow an 'x' to remove it. Yep, I've seen the banner page, I'm here, I want to read, let's move on kind of thing. Plus it takes up a ridiculous amount of screen real estate. If the 'stuff' on the header was important...then...maybe...
On Dolphin browser on Galaxy S phone the header isn't there and the little that is there scrolls off the page, on Chrome browser on laptop it doesn't.. and I agree, the amount of space taken is ridiculous. On a 24" monitor it's not noticeably a problem but on the 15" laptop screen it looks bad, if I hit Ctrl+ to increase the text size the header increases and takes half the screen!
I like the look. Is the "Morganist Economics" part stretched out? Maybe it's just the browser I'm on but looks like I can see stretched pixels.. Other than that looks great.
Thanks. It looks better on a smaller screen. I used gimp to do the title but it seems to give spots or smears around it. It did this last time. I'll try and improve it.
