Even if this was true, it still doesn't explain how any of the gun control measures suggested so far would solve the problem by avoiding that criminals and maniacs get their hands on guns. So I extend the question a made to UsualName to you:

"Given that guns are here to stay. How can laws be used to prevent people who have no respect for laws from getting their hands on guns?"

You avoided this question from the beginning, because this is the crucial point and this is where all your propositions are shown to be absurd. Because all your propositions are law, and people that follow the law don't do mass shootings and the people who do,obviously couldn't care less about ANY LAW.

  2. Supplying the short-bus gang like yourself with bollocks to spew was a clever move as a delaying tactic.

You get to feel a sense of satisfaction making people you are pissed with because they are 'better than you' cross. The basis of modern America's happy to be shamelessly ignorant phenomenon is the little endorphin reward they get, their only win in life. ;)

You spit in the faces of the people who feed and clothe you through their 'smart ass' bigger brains. The real "trickle down" you live off.

In the meantime, it is gloves off with the NRA. As soon as you are no longer being fed lines, you will stop caring about this issue as there is no reward in it.

  3. Psychopathic boys usually with complications of schizophrenia that starts to develop in the late teens/ early 20s return to their schools to copy-cat shootings they have researched extensively in most cases, to find a mentor to best.

A feedback effect of attacks & copy-cats resulting in the massive increase of attacks.

If they need to steal the guns & ammo, that creates a barrier some will not pass. The act of stealing will get some caught (they are not generally smart kids).

24* is a fair age to legally allow assault weapons to young men unless they have been in the military/guard and are in good standing.

There are MANY things that can be done to dampen the feedback effect of copy-cat shootings. These don't unfairly or unreasonably affect the rights of citizens.

*By this age most schizophrenics will be detected I believe. Not all shooters but many.

After the series of offenses from you above (laughing my ass off here)...:D
These are all assumptions from you... But the fact still is that if one wants wants to do something, one will do it. It is the same with drugs, if there is demand, the offer will appear. The only thing drug criminalization of drugs did was to protect the drug cartels from competition and make them rich. There isn't person that wants to buy drugs that effectively doesn't have access to it because of any government measure.

To try to pass laws to limit the purchase\access to guns or even ban them will simply stimulate gun smuggling and crime and for a maniac who doesn't care if he gets arrested or killed for engaging in a mass shooting, not one of these measures will impede him from getting his hands on guns.

Gun free zones and gun restriction only increased throughout the years and still the number of incidents only increased according to your own chart.

So it is more than time to realize that laws are not respected by criminals. By definition, they couldn't care less about the law.:)

  5. I have shit to do my man so I'll leave you with this for the afternoon.

I have been studying your responses to an aggressive stance. It is clear that there is a gap here in several areas. Useful for me know know. You see young killers as 'criminals' as that is the NRA line, I see them as broken tortured & depressed things with very different motivations.

I intent to help my US based assistant (who has three little kids) actually save some kids while being fair to the rights of others. Her late husband was an occasional hunter, she loves elk steaks. You are after a buzz having found an issue to stick your wick in.

You will repeat things like the chart crap because you are what I said, looking for a rise. All traders know about correlation/causation and you look a fool here.

Hugs plus "thoughts and prayers" should you ever be affected by these issues. Most cons need to have their faces rubbed in to something to have a revelation, we expect that. Dick Cheney's lesbian daughter etc.

You just contradicted yourself and proved yourself to be immature. All you’re doing is arguing and not thinking.

There’s a lot of you guys on this board and it’s because you don’t think about things from a principled standpoint. You’re just blowing off steam, and that’s fine, but go do that somewhere else or you’ll be blocked.

Nothing would have helped in Florida situation. Think about it, he pulled fire alarm and threw out smoke grenades, what can someone do in such situation. Fire alarm means, leave class room and evacuate school. Teachers are there to teach not be Navy Seals.

We live in a world where such tragedies are unavoidable, but they can be minimized. Close gun show loophole, reasonable background checks and tools to monitor social media for maniacs. Pretty much sums up all our society can do without penalizing law abiding citizens' right to own a gun.

Another potential things is for all media to agree to never mention the shooter name or post pictures. No fame, might deter some.

  9. I think this is one of the few valid ideas I have heard expressed. Most media follow this for rape victims and juvenile offenders. They clearly have an informal policy of not telling their readers the immigration status or race of offenders. Surely the public can see that denying these crazy people their moment of infamy is justified and might lessen the attraction for some.

  10. This would be an excellent question except for the fact that those on the left do not really care if criminals and crazy people get their hands on guns. Their main concern seems to be turning responsible gun owners into criminals. They relish tragedies like this school shooting because it gives them an opportunity to push their real objective, gun confiscation, and to demonize their political opponents. This time they really stooped to new lows by sending out baby seals to make their arguments for them. They have been soundly defeated in the marketplace of ideas, so they now traffic in blind emotion.
