HDTV, Time Warner, WOW or Direct TV?

I've got Time Warner now, but don't know if one of the other two might be better at my new residence. Don't care for the extended pause when changing channels but I guess thats with any digital setup. Considering premium lineup w/any of them. Opinions?

 

Saw where a roof antenna can get you High Def? Never thought it was possible. Still have my doubts.

 

i have direct tv. when they switched to an hdtv reciever i got an extended pause changing channels too. otherwise i love direct tv. i especially like the dual lnb hd dvr. you can watch and record two different programs at the same time.
