Trade first 90 mins, back to bed during slow, choppy period, then trade last 90 mins.

My schedule would be:

1) up at three (half the year, or up at four).
2) trade til five
3) sleep til eight
4) trade 8:30 to 10:00

quick nap, windsurf all afternoon, dinner, bed.
If I could stay awake long enough, trade Eurex/Forex "open" at 9:00.

Actually I may be doing just this starting in the fall (Maui).

You better come early, there’s a million cars in there now-a-days.

 

I launch at the upper Kanaha lot and just do a few really long reaches upwind once my gear is dialed. I like the grass, lack of attitude, and auto safety there. I use more of a B&J board, so no upwind problems for me.
