I do have to give him a lot of credit for once being banned from this site a few years back, then returning.

    Quite an accomplishment.

If he is of a mind to satisfy my curiosity, I'd love to hear the tale.

Tell us DB, what did you do to get your ass kicked off E.T.?

Well isn't that convenient to state, its so simplified I can't get a single person to "SIMPLY" (pun intended) prove their consistency.

The paper can handle any claims, any numbers.

I can state that I had 1000 days of consistency, whether its true or false or even possible, thats a different story.

Occam's Razor, if it smells like shit, its probably shit, and this site has an surplus of turds.

SLA/AMT provided me with great technical knowledge...mean reversion, trend channels, interpreting ranges/rejections, and also how a "mean/median" is important to look at.

While DB doesn't provide any entry/exit details, it's clearly and intentionally vague or left out.

It's a great tool to learn Some Technical Analysis. But that's it.

As DB has stated, which is often overlooked, one needs not only their own Trading Plan, but it needs to be thoroughly tested and proven to consistently profit.

To add on to a Trading Plan, if one isn't taking into account the importance of their own Mental Environment, they might not ever reach consisency, unless their plan is automated or executed out of sheer will power.

Is SLA an entire system? No. I'll agree it's incomplete. I think it's intentional though.

    My 2 cents

  10. All this technical stuff is great for description but when it comes to prediction, it has zero value.

Just listen to the TA folks talk. Its all accurate description with random prediction outcomes.

This is why its so insideous.
