It can be right in the middle of a large Black population and few Blacks have the jobs. It's not racism you simpletons, it's the fact that if an employer hires a Black then Jessee Jackson is waiting to sue them out of existence... LOL. Jessee Jackson and the Left care not at all how much talent they bottle up in inner city reservations.
