like i said many times before..frozen data..here is an example from today: shows fine on other instance of TWS. on this one -even if i remove and enter the ticker again-it will show same 17.2 low and 4K volume.. when you going to solve those very basic things? it's 2011 for sake! not 1981..SSDD
Obviously, they do not have a competent QA, or Customer Service department never forwarded your screenshots to the development folks. It seems they are more busy putting in new "enhancements" than fixing existing problems. I use them to trade options due to low commissions that allows me to scale in and out of position. They are a lousy platform if you are trading futures.
frozen high\low\volume is all over the place.every day i see at least 1-2 tickers having this problem in TWS.
