Dont subsidise bad behaviour, by paying people to have kids out of wedlock, And dont pull thic PC nonsense and gloss over this bad behaviour saying it isnt someone's fault when they act like a total fuck up. Dont give people money for doing nothing, otherwise people just continue to do nothing.
Well, except for the huge welfare states across the pond, those people seem to have the right attitude and work or, if they're out of work, retool themselves. It's like, they think their society is fair or something, like it's not rigged against them, so they chip in gladly.
The system is only rigged against them, in that liberals have taught people that its ok to have a kid when you are 16 with no father around, when you look at the poverty and crime rates they go up exponentially when looking at single parent households. I have an idea, quit rewarding this behaviour by throwing money at them and see what happens, when people see how difficult it is to raise a kid as a single parent, who has to work full time for a living, maybe they will be less inclined to keep on doing it. Start teaching personal responsibility, the only thing my dad ever said to me about sex when i was growing up was that if i had a kid i would be "goddamn well taking care of it," he also taught me about the costs of having a kid, and he told me that if I had a kid and tried to ditch on responsibility, he would make me pay, even it involved finding the woman and helping her take me to court, that he would do it. And Guess what im 29 i still have not had a kid, because i dont want the responsibility. You cant tell me that people who are motivated can not make themselves rich, should they choose to work hard at it, i never had any help from anyone growing up, and i got my degree (paid in full) and make a very good living, and i credit my parents mostly for this because they instilled the values of work ethic in me, as opposed to the values of living off of someone else.
"You cant tell me that people who are motivated can not make themselves rich, should they choose to work hard at it, " I have many advantages at birth, you have few. Let's both work hard though. Oh, nevermind the connections my dad gave me, so that I end up in politics, or the Fed, and make a thousand little laws that add still more to my advantage, and to that of my kids, nevermind that because.... you're working hard!
I could not help but notice that there are many anti-gay people on this thread. I am curios why you are against gays? Many famous people are/were gay. Would you rather they were not born? It is possible that Jesus was gay.
You seem to believe that because some people have some advantages, it hurts other peoples chances. This is not the case, I never got a dime from anyone from the time i was 18, and im doing just fine, ANYONE in this country who works hard enough can make themselves rich, do you really think that the people who live off the government tit are applying themselves, and putting in an effort to enrich their lives?
When i started trading in a prop office, i can say with 100% honesty that me and 1 other guy worked tirelessly together to try to figure out things that worked, we were always the first ones in before the bell, and the last 2 to leave, and we also dedicated lots of time to finding other contacts in the industry who were dedicated to trading. Lots of guys who started in our room would show up right at the bell, or even shortly after the bell, and leave before the day was done. For the first 6 months of my career i sat there watching every single tick on a level 2 window, and always finding new ways to get involved in the market, and new things to try, while other guys put in little to no effort. In the room i started in with over 20 traders, only 3 are still trading, me and my buddy, and 1 other guy who only makes like 5-10k a month. Are you really going to tell me that it was "luck" that me and my buddy succeded far beyond anyone who took the job, when we busted our fucking asses to get where we are? I slack off now more than i would like to, because im comfortable with what im making, and low and behold in the last 3 years I have made roughly the same amount every year, since the 2008 collapse. Why dont you ask Maverick if he notices a direct correlation between the time a rookie puts in to learning, and their success rate. It reminds me of this video off boiler room.... "a piker leaves at the bell" I took that to heart and it worked.
the first state in the nation to add lessons about gays and lesbians to social studies classes in public schools. ------------------------------------------- Now exactly who is going to do the teaching. A hetero? What they heck do they know. We are going to fill these positions wil the real McCoy. make us proud. Can't wait till some student is charged with a hate crime for calling his teacher a faggot.
A penis belongs in a vagina. They are made for each other. Penises do not belong in butt-holes and in nature animals have gay experiences to better prepare themselves for the female. Let people do what they want in their own time but dont force your opinions and ideologies onto other innocent parties. If being gay was normal, human population wouldnt be 6billion and rising. Being gay is not normal.
