I'm just curious if anyone reading the P&R has changed or made up their mind about their presidential vote because of arguments or data presented here in the P&R. Or are we all just arguing with each other and we haven't changed a single mind?
I don't come here to try to sway opinions. I think leftists are completely full of shit and I enjoy rubbing it in their face. These anti-American, leftist, Obama supporters are mentally ill and there is nothing you can do to make them see reason.
I suspect that is why most come here. But wouldn't it be gratifying if you were to sway a liberal to your way of thinking and change his vote? I don't really come here to argue so much as to present facts and articles derived from fact to hopefully educate or enlighten the foolish liberal mind. My hope is that some of these people will eventually see the light. I know, from talking with liberal friends, that older liberals have over the years rewired their brains to believe they are right and no amount of proof will convince them otherwise. There is still hope for younger liberals that they may reach their 'ah ha' moment. It's worth keeping in mind this saying. "If you weren't a liberal when you were young, you have no heart. If you aren't a conservative when you are old you have no brain."
I don't believe the minds of the majority of posters in this forum would change, however, undecided lurkers might be another story.
Well, at least 3 people so far say they were influenced by the debate here. That's encouraging. And, I see Brass voted. Thanks Brass. I put those last two options in just for you Canadians and other out-side-U.S. posters.
