Any of you clowns been to Dominica, (the Caribbean island, not the Dominican Republic)? Where did you stay, what did you do and what did you think? Thinking about a trip there this summer, the draw is the unspoiled nature offered there. A true escape from it all.
Don't know about where to stay as I sailed there. Stuff I enjoyed: snorkelling especially through the "champagne" and on the reefs; hike to the boiling lake; whale watching; hike to Middlelhem Falls; and there is a canyon you swim through and at the end there are two small falls-one hot and one cold to shower under. Really cool island, unless shopping is what you are after. Best to get a guide as some of these hikes are tough, messy and muddy, but lots of fun. Great place, Seneca
