Has anybody got the new Extreme Cable yet

  1. COMCAST Cable is only up to 4MB's per second on the download out here on the West Coast.
    I consistently speed "test" at 3.6

  3. how much bandwith is just too much, some cable is now surpassing t1 speeds, well for the download side, not updload, how much is just too much and you just dont need it

    I"m using my desktop at the moment and I just ran the test out of their NY server:

    Download Speed: 8308 kbps (1038.5 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed: 870 kbps (108.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

  5. My village has only had broadband for a year or so.Before that it was dial up.56kb/s.Some villages still don't have BB.I've now got 2MB/s and that's top of the range for UK (As far as I know((no techie)) )

  6. So here are my numbers: :)

    I live in Novosibirsk - third largest city in Russia.

    Connection is good it's 100 mb's cable, but the cost is huge comparing with what you guys got. It's 5 US cents for 1 mb. of traffic, this is the lowest price I could get :(
