Harvard Business Review - Article on Analysts

Hi,

I remember an article in the HBR about star analysts's performance falling after being moved to a new firm. The finger was pointed at a loss of information sources that were available at the old firm (co-workers, etc).

Does anyone know where this article is? It would be very helpful to me.
