1. data reliability is good but to me system reliability on the SNFE has been unacceptable. I can accept one or two outages per year but with them it's much more common. I'm not a big fan of their trading system. However, when it's up, which is most of the time, things run fine. 2. executions, fills, reporting all fine. data quality - no problem.
