Hamas says destroyed 24 Israeli vehicles, tanks in past 48 hours

Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Hamas Palestinian resistance movement, has said they destroyed two dozen Israeli combat vehicles in the past two days as the apartheid Israeli entity continues its genocidal onslaught on the Gaza Strip.

The Al-Qassam Brigades’ military spokesperson Abu Obaida stated in an audio message on Saturday that 24 enemy vehicles and tanks were destroyed in the past 48 hours.

“We’ve successfully destroyed 24 enemy vehicles, including tanks and other military equipment over the past 48 hours,” Abu Obaida said.

“Our mujahedeen [fighters] are engaged in frontline combat against the enemy in the northwest and south of Gaza,” he added.

Abu Ubaida also stated that the “Al-Qassam Brigades’ snipers effectively engage soldiers who have taken shelter in residential buildings or those attempting to expose themselves from their fortified positions.”

Let's take a look at realistic news as Israel works to eliminate Hamas.

Defence minister says Israeli forces in the 'heart of Gaza City'
    https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/worl...-forces-in-the-heart-of-gaza-city/ar-AA1jxWRI

(Reuters) -Israel's military is operating deep within Gaza City, the stronghold of the Palestinian group Hamas, Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said on Tuesday, adding that Israel had no desire to rule the Palestinian enclave once the war was over.

"IDF forces are in the heart of Gaza City. They came from the north and the south. They stormed it in full coordination between land, air and sea forces," Gallant said in a televised news conference.

"They are manoeuvring on foot, armoured vehicles and tanks, along with military engineers from all directions and they have one target -- Hamas terrorists in Gaza, their infrastructure, their commanders, bunkers, communication rooms. They are tightening the noose around Gaza City," Gallant said.

Gallant described Gaza City as "the biggest terrorism base built by man". He said that below the city there were kilometres (miles) of tunnels that ran under schools and hospitals and that housed weapon depots, communication rooms and hideouts for militants.

Asked about plans for who would rule Gaza once the war was over, Gallant said: "I can tell you who will not govern (Gaza). It will not be Hamas, and it will not be Israel. Everything else is a possibility."

He repeated Israel's call on Palestinian civilians to move to the south of Gaza for their own safety.

Hamas and their associated terrorist groups are still trying to kill the Fatah leadership. The terrorists want to be sure that there is no Palestinian entity that would consider negotiating peace with Israel.

Killing and torture of Israeli prisioners is nothing new and to be expected.

    Date October 12, 2000; 23 years ago
    Attack type
    Lynching
    Deaths 2
    Injured 13 Palestinian police officers

Perpetrators Aziz Salha, Muhammad Howara, Ziad Hamdada, Mohamed Abu Ida, Wisam Radi, Haiman Zabam, Marwan Ibrahim Tawfik Maadi, and Yasser Ibrahim Mohammed Khatab

The 2000 Ramallah lynching[1] was a violent incident that took place on October 12, 2000 – early in the Al-Aqsa Intifada – at the el-Bireh police station, where a Palestinian crowd of passing funeral marchers broke in and killed and mutilated the bodies of two Israel Defense Forces reservists.[2]

Vadim Nurzhitz and Yosef "Yossi" Avrahami[a] had accidentally[3] entered the Palestinian Authority-controlled city of Ramallah in the West Bank and were taken into custody by Palestinian Authority policemen, 13 of whom were injured while trying to stop the lynching.[4] Tensions had been escalating prior to the incident; over 100 Palestinians, nearly two dozen of them minors, had been killed in the preceding two weeks; the escalating violence had been condemned just five days beforehand by United Nations Security Council Resolution 1322.[2][5][6]

The incident was filmed by several media outlets, and caused a stir in Israel and elsewhere."

Hamas hides its headquarters under a major hospital, Israel is primed to take it.

Hospital used as Hamas underground terror HQ likely Israel's next big battle challenge

    https://www.foxnews.com/live-news/november-8-israel-hamas-war

As the Israeli military shores up its strategic positions in northern Gaza, preparing to enter deeper into Hamas’ stronghold of Gaza City, one of the key points of battle, the army has indicated, is likely to be the Palestinian enclave’s largest medical center: al-Shifa Hospital.

According to declassified intelligence materials shared with the media in recent weeks by IDF spokesman Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari, even as the hospital treats a growing number of wounded Gazans, Hamas terrorists operate beside it and beneath it in a labyrinth of tunnels that form the group’s military headquarters.

"Hamas uses hospitals as terror infrastructures," said Hagari, showing satellite imagery of the compound highlighting the areas where the IDF believes Hamas has forged tunnel shafts and hidden weapons. "Hamas has turned hospitals into command and control centers and uses it as hideouts for terrorists and commanders."

"Above ground, Al-Shifa is a hospital but below ground is something else," Itamar Ya’ar, a former deputy head of Israel’s National Security Council and a retired IDF colonel, told Fox News Digital.

He said al-Shifa had now become a stark "symbol" of the battle between Israel and Hamas.

It feels like April 1944. They have the leader of The spawn of Mohammed's Mien Kampf (the "Koran") surrounded in a bunker.

In my opinion they should use captured Hamas fighters to go down into the tunnels to bring out the leader dead or alive giving them carrot and stick incentives to do so. They could be followed by Israeli troops closely behind.
