The House of Representatives approved sending $14.3 billion in federal aid dollars to Israel in a 226 to 196 vote on Thursday, with 12 Democrats joining Republicans to pass it.
NBC asks Hamas spokesman the obvious question: How can you demand a cease-fire with Israel after pledging more 10/7 attacks against them? Well the only thing Israel will agree to is -- you release all the hostages and the IDF will pause. Hamas official briefly softens tone in NBC interview Hamad's terms were the same as Hamas's previous demands: Release every single Palestinian prisoner in Israel in exchange for the 240 Israeli hostages. https://www.jpost.com/middle-east/article-771509
Families of 11 Hamas victims file complaint with the International Criminal Court https://www.cnn.com/middleeast/live...s-11-03-23/h_5f5713ad650268f903f80ef085489700 Families of eleven victims of the Hamas attack on October 7 have accused the perpetrators of “crimes against humanity” in a complaint filed to the International Criminal Court (ICC). Relatives of the victims, who were all civilians, have also called on International Criminal Court Chief Prosecutor Karim Khanto investigate Hamas’ actions as “war crimes” that were carried out as part of a “genocidal plan,” according to a press statement shared with CNN by their lawyer Francois Zimeray on Friday. “It was the execution of a genocidal plan assumed by its perpetrators. In the face of denial in real time, the truth must be defended, these atrocities must be known and engraved in the collective memory," the complaint lodged by Zimeray, a lawyer at the Paris Bar and ICC said. The complaint concerns 11 victims who were either killed or injured within Israeli borders. Several had been at the Nova music festival, where Hamas gunmen killed more than 260 people. According to Zimeray's law firm, Zimeray & Finelle, “the material facts cannot… be disputed” as Hamas has “amply documented and broadcast” its actions, which shocked the “universal conscience.” Zimeray asked the prosecution to "consider the advisability of issuing an international arrest warrant for the leaders of Hamas, following the example of the warrant issued for the Russian President in relation to the aggression in Ukraine." The development comes days after Khan visited the region and where, from Cairo, he gave a speech in which he said that impeding the flow of aid into Gaza could constitute a war crime.
It appears that Hamas is overly optimistic in its plans... and badly under-estimates Israel's resolve to eliminate them after the October 7th terrorist attack -- despite international pressure for a ceasefire to protect Palestinian civilians that Hamas could give less than a flip about. Furthermore, Israel is not going to fight the war that Hamas wants to wage. Israel will use technology, air superiority, and a methodical approach which will level Gaza City locations where Hamas shoots at them from -- rather than block-by-block close quarter fighting. That's what I told you a week ago. They are cowards and are choosing to maximize civilian casualties.
Hamas is using civilians as human shields -- even setting up road blocks so they cannot leave north Gaza. Hamas does not give a damn about Palestinian civilians and do not let them take shelter in the tunnels. How many times were Palestinian civilians told to leave north Gaza to get out of the ground conflict area -- Israel even blew up the Hamas road blocks that were stopping civilians from moving south. Israel has taken very reasonable steps to reduce civilian causalities as much as possible. However when Hamas is launching rockets from inside or next to civilian residences, schools, mosques, and hospitals in Gaza -- while locating their headquarters under these structures -- there will unfortunately be Palestinian civilian casualties as Israel stops the daily attacks which are killing Israeli civilians.
Israeli forces afraid of face-to-face battles with Palestinian fighters: Iranian cmdr. The spokesman for the Iranian Armed Forces says Israeli military forces are terribly afraid of face-to-face engagement with the Palestinian resistance fighters in the Gaza Strip, stating that the Tel Aviv regime is heavily bombing civilians out of despair. Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi made the remarks at an event in the southeastern Iranian city of Kerman on Saturday to mark the national Student Day and the National Day of Fight against Global Arrogance, which Iranians celebrate on November 4.
Is that the fantasy they're peddling now? "we had to bomb the fleeing refugees because they really were being blocked by terrorists"?. Let me guess, those ambulances outside the hospital were parked there by terrorists too so other ambulances couldn't park in the ER and it's why they had to be bombed?
Hamas supporters riot in Washington D.C. Anti-Israel protesters vandalize White House gates, try to scale fence One of the organizers of the protest published a post about event with the text: "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!" https://www.jpost.com/international/article-771751 Pro-Palestinian protesters vandalized the gates of the White House with red paint and attempted to scale the fence around the president's residence early Sunday morning, according to footage shared from the scene. Protesters also placed Palestinian flags and signs on monuments around Washington DC. One video from the gates of the White House showed a person with their face masked climbing on the fence while waving a Palestinian flag. Protesters were also filmed shouting "F&*k you" and "shame" at security officers on the other side of the fence. A poster with a photo of US President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris with the word "Wanted" above their heads was placed on the fence as well. Riot organizer pushes 'from the river to the sea' chant The US Campaign for Palestinian Rights, one of the movements which organized the riot, wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) that hundreds of thousands of people took part in the event and that they would "keep resisting until Palestine is free." The movement additionally wrote "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!" in a post about the event, a slogan commonly used by Palestinian terrorist groups to refer to the absolute destruction of the State of Israel and the removal or murder of all Jews from the area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. Additional protests were held in a number of other cities worldwide on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
