Had to post this - Student loan fugitives

  1. Agreed. Affirmative action in whole is a waste. Gotta see some white kids in class as well.

Refer to my previous post. You do not know what you are talking about even if you can google the laws in place. Assuming you even know anybody who is not insane (as most semi-intelligent ET members know you are a delusional liar), the laws do not just magically pop up and help you out. They have to be applied and if you even had half a brain, you could have researched the cases.

ANY efficient & credible collection agency does not waste time harassing debtors. It makes attempts for a short while, then goes gets a judgements and starts collecting its money, if there is even any money to collect.

  3. I suspect that student loan agencies harass student borrowers for the same reason that student-ghetto landlords harass their broke-ass tenants - because they know if they raise enough cain, the parents will shell out at some point.

Too bad the parents are broke as well.

This whole mess soon to unfold is just another side effect of the monetary system. Many, if not most of these loans are not going to be paid off via the income from the degrees they pay for. It is designed that way.

  5. You are totally full of shit. I got multiple telephone calls per day for a year or more until I informed just ONE of them of my rights, in writing, certified, and then they ALL quit calling because what they do is illegal. None of them will get a judgement unless the individual debt, not the total, is $25-$30k or more, it's not worth it in lawyer time for them to do that.....

  6. I have a black guy, retired fireman, working on a property for me, he even agrees. We have spent $6-8 Trillion, NOT INCLUDING the home loan programs to redlined areas on The Great Society programs since mid 60's and poverty is up, blacks are riding the economic caboose still... all it does is buy votes for Democrats..

  7. Yes, if you believe misinformation such as "poverty is up" without a timeframe (it's down since the 1950's) then it's easy to be fooled.

  8. People fly under the radar. I read about one guy that went to where houses were far from the road and put up a mailbox, made up an address that fit the pattern and used that for his mail. He did not follow a pattern when doing his mail pickup and kept his eyes open and ear to the ground. Nobody ever caught up with him...

  9. The Great Society was supposed to wipe out poverty?? Why do we need Obama to redistribute wealth? LOL Commie bullshit never works. They lie and create a false world for us.. "ppverty is down but we need more help", "the earth is burning up", "socialism works", "gay sex is natural" ad nauseum, and then they use that to take over the real world...

This daveclown is all over these forums, I really think him and others get paid by the word by MoveOn.org....

You can pull up judgements from your LOCAL court, go screen one of the collection agencies which love collecting default judgements and see the amounts. They will go for $5k without a problem.
Discover Card used to go to court for as little as $2000 dollars, they were fanatical that way.

So I'm totally full of sh*t how? Because I stated that what they do is illegal as via the laws set up to protect you? So once you exercised your rights it worked? Yeah ok, you basically proved me right. Did you even read my posts in this thread? Probably not.

P.S. Fractals? Jack Hershey? Ok that says volumes.
