And... now I know what people mean when they say IB employees hate us. They really, really hate us. They really dislike us. They really wish we'd go somewhere else.
maybe he is talking about Technical Assistance Center? Just a guess... but can you offer some more specifics as to your experience with them and what they said, etc. what do you expect as these guys probably get yelled at most every day by angry clients fed up with TWS glitches. One of these days they will replace it with something professional but not anytime soon I'm afraid .
Every time I speak with TAC, they're courteous and prompt. I've been a client for a few years now, and have yet to experience any of these documented "horrors".
Yes, TAC = Technical Assistance Center. I've opened numerous tickets with them, and they've always been prompt/helpful online. First time I've had to call them, and the attitude was very dismissive. Not like the guy called me any names or made me cry. He just made it clear I was an idiot for believing what the earlier TAC rep had told me (in a still-open ticket).
