    Hello all

As one of his 70 victims I just want to say hi

I have read all the entries here and most of "sports" blog, great fella eh.. love some of your comments on the b&*#^%^%$

Currently, the bank he got a 1 mill + loan from"Regions Bank" are trying to snatch the tree house from the individual victims using high end lawyers. a further $700.000 was grabbed by some unknown entity three weeks ago.. investigating..

This weekend has lots of communications going on and press interviews so should see some lively news shortly!
The victims were informed of this yesterday (Easter) and have only a couple of days to get snail mail objections sent in to the court!!! from Turkey.. Spain etc etc.. Evil comes to mind.. spinning a "tangled web"

 Ballze look like a car dealer or?

  3. Because people think they can make easy money by following others. People turn themselves into victims instead of taking responsibility for what they do. Just have a look how many times the word "victim" was used in the previous post.I know that Sushi understands that, but fuzzflyer has no idea, and I mean it in a respectful way.

There are no victims in the markets!!! :)

I see your other posts are in a similar vein.
before we invested I called and wrote to the CME
I tried to get the CME to tell me if Bolze was a member, they refused saying they could not divulge information! we are trying "as a group" to hold them partly responsible.
I also read his articles in the magazines,
I called him. I spoke with around 6 of the investors who had been with him for more that 4 years and had received
payments.. I called a broker at Solomon Smith Barney" he knew Bolze"
He said he thought him a straight up guy!

I then got greedy and fell for the trick..
Guilty.. . so yes we were all stupid.. unlike yourself..
Only heard he was on 6 years Probation ,last January!and not one other investor knew either.
livin in the good ole USA land of the free.. the FBI guy said 1-2 % is about the best he has seen returned to victims in similar cases..even though the CFTC has a 60mil fund to cover fraud... so I'm told..
I'm just an average working guy with no formal education easily duped by a clever guy from your club

    Fuzzyflyer,
My heart goes out to you and yours that were affected by Bolze's lies and deceptions.
In regards to those around that find it so easy to kick someone when they are down and call them stupid for falling surely their time is coming too. Who will be around to pick them up?

  7. Fuzzflyer - pay no mind to Sushi. He's a know-it-all who actually knows nothing, and therefore tries to hide behind arrogance and condescension.

Sorry to hear of your loss. As the Madoff case shows, even experienced fund managers can be duped.

  8. Holding CME responsible??

that's the wrong road. sounds like a desperation tactic from a lawyer more interested in his hourly fee than sensible representation.
