I made that retort for shock value impact, nothing personal at all. I noted elsewhere before you appear to be intelligent, learned and very knowledgable about trading and managed money aspects... regardless how much effort you take in trying to mask all that (smile) * A lot of trading "educators" have made more audited money than 99.6% of the people who passed thru here ever will. The longer I'm in this profession, the more open-minded and accepting I become. There really is no other profession like trading for comparison. Bolze was not an educator, per se. He was someone who wanted = needed acceptance on a world-class scale. That's the core reason he did all what he did, knowing the end result would be what it is. For a brief moment in time, he could be king. That's what drives most if not all "free-info educators" who are altruistically "paying it forward". Recognition, adulation and praise. Grown men have died for that since the dawn of man. Dennis sold his future for a moment of self-fulfillment that has now run its course at the great expense of others.
A lot of trading educators..... That's all there is? 3rd party claims and marketing material? I have never seen proof of any educators results let alone a lot of them. Please prove me wrong other than with baseless claims. My original claim still stands Austinp is a vendor? Well that explains it. Thanks.
We've got a bunch of people reading this thread who have been around the futures trading biz for awhile now. So tell me... When was the last time you EVER saw a "trading educator" or CTA show you their independently audited trades for at least the last 3 years and copies of the last 3 years of their filed U.S. personal income tax forms? Answer: NEVER. Why not? Because it's bad for business to show their paying customers just how little they make from their trading in relation to how much they take in by "educating" others about how to trade. And MarkB, you can cut the "I'm hurt" act. You hung around Dennis because he was GREAT for your business. You were always in constant troll-mode for new customers to help support your lifestyle. In fact, you could say that he's one of the best things that ever happened to you in your vendoring career. Yeah, your ego got hurt because Dennis fooled you just like he fooled everyone else. Big deal. S#ck it up just like the rest of us have to. But your bank account only benefited from the entire episode. You gained many customers from being directly affiliated with Dennis Bolze. That is a fact. So, word to the wise...if someone who is trying to take your money in exchange for "educating you" about how to trade well in the markets won't show you AT LEAST 2 years of full-time sequential trading records and their filed U.S. tax forms to prove that he/she doesn't really need you in order to survive or significantly support their lifestyle in this world, then guess what? YOU are the fish and not the fisherman.
thank you. Wonder if he will need to return his income from bolze affiliation under clawback type laws? I don't care how much they make from educating. They can't even show trading proof!

Pretty funny. My room was free while I was in Dennis's room. People were free to log into it and I posted the same stuff in his room too. The technology just wouldn't allow me to post live charts in there along with his. If you were around at the start you know that we had tried that - but there were too many people in his room and it kept crashing. As for all the money I made from my affiliation with Dennis? I charged for an online workshop on TR. When you consider that I paid for my travel and lodging, etc, on those trips to his house to do those charitable workshops - doesn't even come close as far as a net positive. Plus of course I donated to the charities at his house, and after the first workshop I donated 50% of my next month's income divided among the 3 charities - and I have the receipts directly from them to prove it. Fortunately none of that money ever went through him. Why did I do that? Not as a publicity gimmick. I felt as though I hadn't contributed enough when I was there. So take all the potshots you want. I know the truth and my friends know the truth. Sorry that I tried to be honest about what happened. I'm done posting on this.
These snakes primary victims are nice guys who want to donate to charities. Nice but ohhh so naive'. This business is crawling with easy marks who want an easy way to make money. Really messed up
Seeing as how there is a legal case going on against said thread topic, I want to fully explain what I meant by this last statement I made so no one goes into denial or defense mode over this: I said: "You gained many customers from being directly affiliated with Dennis Bolze" This means that you hung around him like white on rice and took a super active role in showing samples of your paid-service work in his free room so that down-and-out traders would naturally turn to you for more trading education in exchange for the green stuff. He highly recommended your services and you got directly involved in his Tennessee mansion trading love-fests. If this is not a "direct affiliation" in the context in which I intended it to mean then I don't know what is. What I am NOT saying or implying is that you had any knowledge of what a lying scumbag Dennis was. You correctly said that Dennis never ever talked about this scam he had going on in any of the free chat rooms he hosted. In chat rooms, he only presented himself as a supposed rich, private trader and nothing else. Seems to me like he was exactly like Madoff in this regard. He presented an environment of success and that encouraged individuals to seek him out and ask if such a trading service were available. Then, those individuals would recommend others to pull them in to the Ponzi. MarkB, what you do is legal. The only between-the-lines implication I made was that you probably need that money you derive from your vendoring far more than any of your paying customers realize.
In the aftermath of a mess like this, there are a lot of people feeling stupid, angry, used, duped and embarrassed. Many of the victims will even lash out at each other in their grief. What a mess when so many people had their finances and/or reputations damaged.
