  2. Imagine my surprise when I found that Dennis Bolze personally attacked me in his blog. Granted, I never would have come about this knowledge on my own, but a member of the group that I trade with and humbly give my time to as a moderator brought it to my attention. He attacked my trading plan. A plan that fit "My" needs and was fruitful for me.

I come from a meager upbringing and am a blue collar guy. I have worked very hard and many long arduous hours for the money needed to open a trading account. I have never made any claims of being hugely successful in my trading, but I'm not a failure either. I work hard, very hard, harder than my wife would like me to, at this craft. So to find that someone would plagiarize my Trading Plan, post it in his blog, while attacking it and me personally and my mentor, Ken Wood, of woodies CCI Club, hurt me sincerely.

I didn't understand it at first. I don't feel I have a vicious bone in my body. So when I posted explanations and rebuttals to the material that Dennis attacked he refused to post it in his blog. OK I figured, that's ok, be cause my written material is copyrighted. So I asked Dennis, (LOL, Sport, how ironic is that nickname!) to remove my copyrighted material from his blog he again refused, He said he could not locate it in the copyright office archives. OK I gave him the number used to submit the copyright instead of the actual copyright number it is filed under. My bad. Oh well, I dropped it as I had other things to do.

Months later I get a couple of E-mails stating my blog entries have been approved. At first I had no idea what it was referring to until I went to the URLS and saw that it was to "Sports" blog. Fine, whatever, I still am busy with other things.

Unfortunately during this attack on my character my wife bore the brunt of my anger and annoyance from this individual that didn't even know me or ever heard me moderate. He just new I was associated with Woodie who saw him for the charlatan he turns out to be. He has no idea how hard it is for and average income earner to pull himself up by the boot straps, build up a trading account, working 50 to 60 hours a week, and spend another 70 to 80 hours a week on learning the craft of trading. I was semi vindicated by the few souls that came to the defense of my trading plan in that blog.

But the horrific, mean spirited, angry posts by him and others directed at woodie irritated me a great deal. Now I understand why. It was a cover for a huge amount of guilt. I'm sorry his family has to go through this turmoil and grief. I'm sorry that all of the people that trusted him have lost so much and feel such anguish and pain. We all understand that Dennis did a very wrong thing and hurt many other people and probably did not start out that way... by any means.

I forgive you Dennis. Because my Lord asks me to and I believe it is the right thing to do. Be a man, do the right thing.

Chuck Hays 'The Coolest Guy in the Room'

Thus the description of Charles E. Hays went on in the 2007 book "Millionaire Traders: How everyday people are beating Wall Street at its own game," written by two employees of an electronic trading platform where everyday people may trade online.

The chapter's title: "The Coolest Guy in the Room." And small-time investors, Hays coolly says in the book, are better off just giving him their money rather than risking it on their own.
    ...
federal prosecutors now say he was the operator of a Ponzi scheme and a trader who lost money 20 out of 24 months.

Anybody know how the 16,000 sqft Bolze house sold at the auction last week?

Not the market for Hurst Castle type of houses....

Shake it off Josey, enjoy the week with your family. Don't give Sport another thought it's not worth it.

Bolze's family is destroyed by his actions, past, present and future.

There are a few things that stand out when you look back at most of the investment/trading gurus gone bad.

    1) They make very public claims about how much money they give to charity.

    2) They make it known they are very "religious" or are members of a church.

    3) They host business events in their lavish homes.

All three are designed to portray the guru as a giving, honest, and rich.

All traits that people admire, which makes it easier to hand over your money to this fantastic person.
