Nobody runs the G36. The barrel (trunnion) is bedded in polymer and will soften enough to fail under heavy/automatic fire. I had a TommyBuilt conversion and it sucked (all HK parts).

 

With a side by side magazine, I can't fathom the 'lightweight design'.
