Man are you missing it or what - total federal debt held by the public stood at 6.3073 trillion and that is a fact when barry s took office. From that point going forward we have additional US government debt plus all taxpayer backed obligations of fed borrowing - the real total debt against the US taxpayer is probably even higher - this is in addition to difference between 6.3073 Trillion debt held by the public and 10 Trillion total US debt in Jan 2009 of another 4 Trillion. barry s day 1 to present - over 10 Trillion in debt stuck in the ass of the American taxpayer - bend over more and you will feel it! LOL!
- The critical point - citizens only need to fight back up to the point of those carrying out the attacks against them "decide" to stop. It has nothing to do with type of weapons used against the citizens and everything to do with psychology. Americans have to be armed to have any chance to force this critical point, when the military "decides" to stop killing their own brothers, sisters, cousins, etc.
The Mujahideen held off the Russian army nicely with just rifles and the odd RPG. In rough country tanks and the rest are useless.
Ahh haaa. So, we fight from the Rockies, the Appalachians and the Sierra Madres. I'm in! I love the mountains.
They about equal, imo . Try them both and go with the one which feels better in your hand ,safety placement and, disengagement etc.
Thank you for proving me point. This is how a common citizen thinks, "only fight back until the other side decides to stop"?? lolololol... In a fight/combat situation, are you REALLY telling me your strategy is to fight and hope your enemy comes to its senses and stops attacking you??!?!?!?!?.... oh shit. thats scary. The military has a different pyschology, stop when the enemy is dead and threat is eliminated. Thank you for proving me point in a decisive manner. The average John Q. Public doesnt have the training, supplies and as we see with your response, the pyschology to maintain in a combat situation. You raise your 9mm taurus/weekend pop gun, up to a navy seal coming to take you out, your need for "psychology" and rational thought wont be an issue within a mere couple seconds. Be real please, if you are buying a handgun, shotgun, ak-47, ar-15, (with the auto-conversion feature, wow) to feel safer from your government, you are delusional. I hope its a self-defense or hunting purchase. EF
A little research and facts are always helpful. The mujahideen were getting thier asses handed to them until they got US Military Stinger MIssles to bring down the choppers and cargo planes. Before that they lived in caves and crawled around at night. With 5 billion dollars per year of US military aid and hi tech weaponry, (which you wouldnt have either), they caused a stalemate with a bored and uniterested Russian Army. Plus those people are born in hell and live in hell. You get your so-called john q. public accountant from Cincinnati to live in a cave, eat rats at night and plan sabotoge runs in 100 degree weather???,,ahhhh, i think JOh Q. public throws up the white flag the second day. Dont kid yourself, a couple 9mm and even a grandpas crazy shotgun wont do shit to a Military attack force. You cant hold off a local donut eating cop force after you rob a bank. What do you think a military combat unit can do to you. Just a reality check. Chuck Norris does not come in to the rescue,,,,yes, not even Chuck,,lol.. EF
They are both excellent guns. I used to compete with a custom Sig p226 that I liked a lot. I no longer shoot Sigs because of their double/single action trigger pull. I have developed a preference for a single-weight trigger pull. There was a time when I would have gone for the Sig, but today I would favor the Glock (even though they're ugly as sin). I have two Gen4 Glock 9mm, a Glock17 and a Glock19. Both are very reliable and easy to shoot.
You're missing my point. You are assuming US military personnel will willing fire on it's own family and friends. Yes the the military out guns the private citizens, duh. You don't like the Revolutionary War example? OK, how about the fall of the USSR. There the <s>citizens</s> subjects for the most part weren't even armed. But they stood up to tanks. Many in the military were sympathetic and or simply refused to fire on their own. I have no reason to think it would be any different here. Do you?
