The majority of my 25 years as a MM I stood in the Apple crowd. Toward the later years when John Sculley was the CEO of Apple Computer, before Jobs return, the stock was dead and option volume died. My best guess is that this was about 1991 - 1992 when I tried trading other options. Next to Union Carbide was also Seagate and a few other options that had more volume.
Like I said, it's not wise to assume. IANAL and I'm looking at it from a literal perspective. If it doesn't help Sekiyo, oh well. Is this really the hill you want to die on?
