This is my story and I want to share with you. I also need your help to judge who's playing game. I have an account in Ameritrade Canada. Now it is TD account. When I can access TD broker account, I withdraw money into CIBC. I used to get help from CIBC to clear draft without long period time wait. This is first time I deal with TD. My banker from CIBC told me TD refuse to clear draft with nonsense. I phone TD. They said draft is ok. Now I have to wait draft hold time. I dont know who is playing game now. I used to clear check quickly with help from CIBC and never get this red light before. I felt something wrong when I recall negtive comment on TD on this board. But is it coinceident? Please help
