I've been following <a href="http://www.socialnews.biz/tag/Goldman%2BSachs">Goldman Sachs</a> for sometime now and I'm not surprised that this turned out to be a great opportunity at $130. I knew the government did not have the teeth to deal with these guys. Up we go.
Goldman is admitting they committed fraud in some context to individual parties to make money. Other banks & clients who did business with Goldman from 2005-2008 will take them to court and win very easily. This is also excluding future business deals they will not close b/c of their rep. This 500m bill is really $5b+ and a slap in the face to their style.
