  2. the whiners and the crybabies here are simply those who expect *every* bet (trade) they place to win. if they were playing blackjack or poker these same losers would expect every hand they are dealt to win. they just don't get it and when it gets choppy here they are right on cue looking for a shoulder to cry on. "grrrr why don't i get rich on every trade grrr" i have to laugh...:p

I figure if dumb people want to say dumb things, and provide liquidity, that's fine, now if they say dumb things and they don't even trade.... That bothers me!!

  7. If you believe that TA does not work, it will NOT. If you believe it does, it MIGHT. But even better is to use it in such a way that it really works. For this you need some experience, discipline and patience. So it's not really TA per se that works. Trading is more complex than that because we humans are complex. Yeah, I am still searching for a good trained monkey that could help me out with my trading. :D

What a slow day today... geez, even my ideal monkey would not take it.:D Still slowly getting ahead. Sometimes all you need is the right direction. Actually, that's all you need.

What makes you think he's a loser, LS? There are plenty of experienced traders who get just as tired of all the bumper-sticker advice.

Mechanical systems that work work. The ones that don't work, well, they don't work.
