GRPN and lockup expiry

However I don't think I'm the only person aware of the lockup expiry, as evidenced by the recent WSJ article (http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052970204296804577124833343029236.html)

 

Sell in May, go away?

 

The next few days for GRPN should be interesting.

Given that the stock has fallen so far in recent weeks, I have no position.

 

While the expiry news is in the market, i expect that the shares will touch $8 in the next 30d.

 

Do you have an options play in this?

 

Nothing. I don't play these small floats.

 

I'm thinking about selling some OTM calls, given that the lockup expiry today should result in significant overhang for the stock.

But at this stage I'm too chicken to pull the trigger on the trade.

Maybe if it declines on heavy volume then I might change my mind.
