At the moment with the UK in recession there a calls for a growth package. Surely this would lead to a devaluation by the credit rating agencies causing our debts to spiral out of control and an effect on the stock markets which the investments returns could not cover? Is this true? what will the effects be on stock markets? Can we do a deal with china to finance our debt missing out the credit rating agencies? cheers
