Yeah it can be copied. But look at sites like TZOO. They can/are copied but the stock sure has done well.

I believe his original investment was $1 million. most estimates put valuations of groupon ipo at $ 20-30 billion.
2010 revenue was $713M, gross profit was $280M of that, but net loss was $389M. What did they spend $670M on?
