I lost most of my gains when it dropped to 104... and I loaded up and bought some more... I'm in this 17 grand now. It's funny... when I bought my car for $17k I took weeks to make a good informed decision but I pulled the trigger on this without hesitating.
I guess people are worried that Garmin's supplier got bought out by a possible competitor and that nokia is going to take over the gps market by putting gps software into cell phones. Cell phones suck for GPS and they will for some time... your typical person doesn't want to carry a large phone around. People really over reacted... I like free money.
Yes I cant see this as a bad trade - so long as the dow doesn't plumit. There is no "real" news people who made cash ran out because of what "might be said negative" Its nothing but speculation. GRMN got a hair cut for no reason it should ramp back up for the holiday Boom.... Also This story has just began GRMN is rumored to be making a counter offer for this company.
