Seriously, loved the front door, and the branches onto the glass.

  5. That's pretty darn amazing Lescor. House looks fantastic! Love the money tree up front (that's what it is right?)...lol.

Congrats on your overall success too over the years! Sounds like a low year for you but you still gained more than triple what an average person makes in an office job.

BTW, I'm curious to see what's in the garages too :)

Again, very inspiring thread. I got butt kicked 3 times and had to cool it for a year. Was hesitating to get back in but did because of your thread. 4th time's the charm...lol. Doubled my $20K account last 2 years so I'm slowly making back my losses. Not there yet but if I did give up, I wouldn't have my $20K gains :)

    Here's to you Lescor...cheers!!!

I would have to concur. I love cars, and my curiosity is getting the better of me.

Really? Sorry to disappoint. The picture cut it off, but it's a 3 car garage on the left. Containing a 2009 Mercedes ML 350, a 2009 Toyota Tundra and a Bobcat skid-steer. The single garage on the right is my man garage. It has a 2009 Honda CRF 450 motocross bike and a couple pedal bikes (a Ridley cyclocross, Cervelo road and a Surly Pugsley mountain bike). Nothing fancy here.

    lescor,

First, house and cars = reward well deserved. Congratulation!

Two quick questions (a little off topic): 1) Does Echotrade take a percentage of your profits? (I thought I saw you mentioning somewhere about trading with Echo.) I am thinking about switching from retail to a Canadian prop firm. 2) What's the best way, in your opinion, to minimize taxes? Did you incorporate or simply choose to pay income tax rate from a more favourable province like Alberta? (If you find some question too personal, feel free to skip them.)

Good luck to you in 2012.
