A top? Sure!......but not if the Fed begins a program of intervening in the overall real estate market.
This reminds me of the infamous predication of Professor Fisher about the stock market in 1929, just before the big crash.

I don't understand all of these cuddly "soft landing" predictions - the market will be the market, and I doubt it will treat home owners tenderly if it does correct downwards.
