LONDON (MarketWatch) -- Greece's Public Debt Management Agency on Tuesday sold 1.17 billion euros ($1.51 billion) in 26-week Treasury bills as it launched its monthly program of short-dated debt auctions. Offers exceeded the amount sold by 4.54 times, up from a bid-to-cover ratio of 3.64 in a July auction.
