@nobody An Ukranian source on the subject of joining EU: http://www.kyivpost.com/content/ukr...of-nation-wants-to-join-nato-poll-372517.html "A number of 64% of Ukrainians prefer country's joining the European Union rather than the country's accession to the Customs Union (17%), and 19% are undecided yet, according to the poll made by the Rating Sociological Group. " Or is this source not approved by you as well?
NATO is because of Russian military threath, has nothing to do with economics. Greek is not about NATO too. NATO is not the same as EU. Apples versus oranges. You can find hundreds of articles to prove anything. Go there and speak with people, watch yourself what happens there. Kyivpost is used in the information war too. Rating Sociological Group is promoting EU, so for them it is important to have as many pro EU voters as possible. Voters that they can convnce by telling that 64% already is pro EU, but who can check this? http://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2014/08/the-kremlins-troll-army/375932/ http://www.nytimes.com/2015/06/07/magazine/the-agency.html?_r=0 http://www.theglobeandmail.com/glob...rs-and-blunders-over-ukraine/article22644308/
WTF has Nato to do with this? "A number of 64% of Ukrainians prefer country's joining the European Union rather than the country's accession to the Customs Union (17%), and 19% are undecided yet, according to the poll made by the Rating Sociological Group. "
I have relatives in Russia, Ukraine and the USA. I hear more than enough first hand experiences on a daily basis to keep an open mind.
The pro Poetin copywriters in St Petersburg have probably never been in Ukraine, in fact they probably never left the building in St Petersburg where they work. Is that a reliable source?
Well then we have a different opinion about what we hear. Ask 10 Americans what they think about Obama and you have 10 different opinions which can contradict what others say.
Read the first sentence in the article and not just what's in the link. Once again, what is not clear about this? "A number of 64% of Ukrainians prefer country's joining the European Union rather than the country's accession to the Customs Union (17%), and 19% are undecided yet, according to the poll made by the Rating Sociological Group. " The Ukrainian Government wants to join EU and a majority of the population. What is your problem with these facts? That some buddies of you have a different opinion?
