I'm looking for a great, hard working hedge fund attorney for a big project that I'm working on. Cost is an issue for me, although, fees would still be substantial. I want my cake and eat it too. I want knowledgable and attentive service at a great price. Upside is huge when project is successful. Should be very knowledgeable about registration as an Investment Company under the Investment Companies Act of 1940 as well as registration of underlying Securities under The Securities Act of 1933. This is a serious and trailblazing project. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
