If my Mother had started a food business or Hotel 5 or 10 years back, right now I would have been the richest man in the world. But my Mother is a Queen and Queen does not work for anybody.

Dust it with your favorite blend of cajun spices, blacken it in a cast iron skillet. It doesn't get much better than that.
