Aztecs had a calendar tracking the solar and lunar eclipse long before Westerners did... The Mayans also invented a game that was a cross between soccer and basketball and let me tell you....those two games changed the world.
Doesn't matter what we list, you still want to troll and ask about great contributions...this is a waste of time.
Pedro Paulet was born in Arequipa, Peru in 1874, this engineer was the first person who built in 1895 a liquid fuel propulsion engine for a rocket, and is considered one of the “fathers of aeronautics” and modern rocketry. His creations include jet engines, propulsion systems and an airplanes that would use thermoelectric batteries and rocket engines. Thanks to him and many other inventors we can travel around the world.
In 1980, Baruj Benacerraf a Venezuelan doctor won the Nobel Prize in Medicine with Jean Dausset and George David Snell for the discovery of the “major histocompatibility complex”, a family of superficial molecules in the cell that mediate the interaction of white blood cells with other cells of the body. According to scientific research, this complex determines, the compatibility of an organ for a transplant, as well as the susceptibility of a person to an autoimmune disease. An invention that has save many lives and will continue to do so.
Inconvenient in the PC world but there's some truth to this. People getting angry and calling you racist says a lot about the current culture. Japan does have a lot of smaller inventions and they are the best at turning a so-so idea into perfection. Also, in reality their list of inventions is long. Lithium ion batteries were invented in Japan. So would you say Tesla is stealing Japanese technology when installing LiIon battery packs in cars? Chinese inventions slowed a lot during communism and they have a completely fall-in-line-don't-stand-out culture which does not favor new ideas. Sub-Saharan Africa has basically nothing, they didn't even have the wheel before the white man arrived, think about that. I'm surprised as an American you claim Chinese are stealing ideas (they are) yet totally oblivious about US thefts of European inventions. Remember the times when UK protested against US pirating British books and US said to take a hike. Or when Aspirin was stolen from Germans. In Europe the inventions do not exclusively come from Western Europe, North was also quite active...
This is why sources matter. You're regurgitating something from laughable websites, think "ancient aliens" and other garbage. The common sense here is that if they had any real methods to investigate the sky, they would also have other advanced technologies.
