First you say that you are selling 5 ES at 1146-ish, then you say that you are short at around1147.[/b] You also state that you are not calling the "top" - - - simply selling the Pivot, which the last time that I looked was at 1138 You then say that you have a "time" stop that takes you out of the trade, but you only cover 2 contracts, and leave the majority of your position on, even though you said you had a "time" stop.
