I'm looking for a great but cheap charting system. I looked around at Esignal but it seems pretty expensive. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What kind of trading do you do?

stockcharts.com has free charts and lots of educational stuff. Of course you can pay for additional features like real time quotes

  4. For futures Ninja Trader with free Zen Fire data is hard to beat. Open E cry has free charts too. Great and cheap usually aren't synonymous.

I am going to trade equities on the NYSE and would like something that would provide accurate real time signals. Stockcharts sounds interesting but not sure if it would be good enough for intraday tradaing. Does anyone have a good idea of how much the exchange fees for the NYSE would be?

  6. Which is until Ninja is purchased or bankrupt, either of which may happen soonish ;)

Just had a discussion about Ninja yesterday and how the Ninja pricing has only bankrupty as possible end result for them ;)

  7. Well for free I won't sweat it so no worries if they BK.
