Does anyone have a Thrift Savings Plan trading system they would like to share? I'm trying to put something together that uses Technical Analysis on the corresponding ETFs to pinpoint buy and sell signals. The best ones I've identified so far are AGG for the F fund; IVV or SPY for the C fund; VXF for the S fund; and EFA for the I fund. Then I use StockTA to analyze the ETFs. I check the websites TSPTalk, TSPGo and TSPMoney daily for comparison ideas.

For those of you who are not government employees, the TSP is the 401K plan for government workers and is also the model (and probably the method) that President Bush wants to use in the privatization of part of our Social Security accounts (which I am highly in favor of). The funds are managed by Barclays.
