That’s a fine twisted take you have. Tell us once again which party holds a majority in the House and are able to pass any legislation they desire if they all vote aye.
It’s the democrats fault because republicans don’t have a set of policies that they can all agree too.
This is a fact as long as the day is Only 19 democrats had to vote yes and the Government would stay open To vote no was a decision that helps the party and not the people
No. That’s not how this works. Republicans can’t even pass their own temporary stop gaps. Try starting there. In the end democrats will have to carry most of the water in the House to fund the government. And if their votes are needed then they should get say so in what is in the spending bill. Unless of course republicans can pass something, anything.
And, of course, democrats have to carry the Republican’s sorry asses across the finish line. We will revisit in November.
Sounds like some butt hurt there because some of your guys crossed over. You want to walk away from this with a shutdown to blame on Republicans. Again, you are being asked to start thinking like an American rather than a democrat. We know that it does not come easily for you.
And the September, 2023 award for Dumbest in D.C.‡ goes to ... https://nymag.com/intelligencer/202...reporters later,to expel Bowman from Congress. ‡for thinking anyone would believe that
It looks like democrats saved the day. republicans get no credit as they couldn’t do it on their own with their majority.
