here is a suggestion that I made recently
Somebody who earns "20,000" can pay "2,000", 10 percent of a relatively small salary, into a pension plan? WTH?
It was just an example to show salary sacrifice works if I did it on a figure of £23,600 or something and then £2,360 for the pension saving it would be harder to understand. If I did it at a higher amount it would take it into another threshold of tax so it would be more complicated.
