According to an article placed on Bloomberg the longest streak of consecutive days of S$P closing above it's 5 day moving average actually happened today!!!!!

The S&P 500 closed above its five-day moving average for 27 consecutive trading sessions. That’s the longest such streak in history, according to Jonathan Krinsky, chief market technician at MKM Holdings LLC.

Wow...15.5 to 17.2 in 5 weeks. Damn that's a huge move....if it was a dip below 15 they would release QE 4 by now..

    Equity Valuations

The rally in American equities has pushed stock valuations to the highest since the end of 2009. The S&P 500 trades at 17.2 times the projected earnings of its members, up from a multiple of 15.5 last month. Profit for S&P 500 companies may rise 7.6 percent this year, estimates compiled by Bloomberg show.

  3. Everyone except for the perma bears is making a KILLING. Perma bears are getting KILLED. If you're not a pig in the market then you're getting slaughtered it's as simple as that. Congrats to all leveraged longs, I think we still have about 100% uproom to go. Happy dip buying!

I think we should create a green party for the stock market. When we decide the market should go up, we vote for green.

All those big bucks being made in this risk free market are now propping up movie memorabilia ...

NEW YORK (AP) — Bert Lahr's Cowardly Lion costume from the classic film "The Wizard of Oz" has sold for more than $3 million at an auction in New York City. The big cat outfit had been authenticated as the one Lahr wore in the 1939 film. Its face is a sculpted likeness of the late actor. It sold at an auction of Hollywood items at Bonhams on Monday.A spokesman for costume owner James Comisar says a secondary costume used in the film was sold at auction in recent years for close to $1 million.
