The good old days of volatility, lol (even though it was a pretty terrible time). I can't even imagine seeing even a fraction of that ever again.
I looked at the chart. Thank you for placing it here. Chart is pretty convincing. And I also agree the market dynamics may change around November. Elections matter: 1) look what happened as Clinton second term was coming to a close 2) Look at happened as Bush Jr second term was coming to a close 3)Sun seems to be setting upon Sleepy Joe...so we can prolly take this November has his last term. (sleepy joe did enough damage in one term to equal two terms)
If you look at the VIX (2004-2008) this low vol could go till the end of the year....or maybe NOV hint hint.
November 2000 was a helluva thing November 2008 was a helluva thing November 2020 was a helluva thing
Good lord get your politics off of here. No one cares. Yeah it doesn't much matter who's potus. Even if your orange hero is elected or not the market will still rally. It really won't make a difference. My goodness you people are unbelievable.
LMFAO black swans. Has to be one of the stupidest sayings ever. Yeah for the life of me, I don't see how this rally ever ends. We are what, almost 5 months into this epic pump and not a single meaningful pullback other than a random day or 2 that gets immediate V treatment. I laugh at every small drop, knowing it has no chance of lasting more than a few minutes. Still no one can present a scenario how this ever stops. It will keep going up forever.
There is No Politics on that Post. I haven't voted since 2000. I don't care who wins or loses. The post was about "election Novembers" and the effects on the market. Now I see why you didn't understand any of the above charts. We are going to have to work overtime to try to explain these things to you. Its going to be very challenging trying to make all this clear to you. It might be damn near impossible. You seem to miss "the most important part of each Post". Serious question: Do you speak English as your first Language?
