Remember my trading brothers, any knee jerk drop in index is to be used as a buying opportunity. The FOMC is running the markets, hell they own the markets. They have made it crystal clear, they will keep pumping there newly created cash into the markets. You can not win, so please join in and make some free money.
He speaks the truth, FOMC is all in. Only when the world stops wanting dollars is this game over. Ive said it before. I don't think i will see another bear market in my lifetime.
He's not really taking credit for anything because he doesn't trade real monies. It is just his shtick. (I especially love how he now is calling out the great RTH days, when his usual MO is to say that people who trade RTH are missing out on the market's gains, because "most of the gains from the market come during overnight hours.")
%% OK Problem with your theory, mr M, eVen a mild correction can go oVer one day.LOL Nice uptrending bull market in SPY,QQQ................................................................................
You can always tell who is not participating in this run away market. There attitude is poor, just like there bank account. Over time you learn how to tune out the negative noise. Don't let the site trolls drag you into a pissing match. There job is to keep folks on the site. Your job is to ignore them.
My two particular favorite moments of this thread from way back when before I joined the site... Thread went crickets when SHTF. Notice the dates from here to end of page... https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/gotta-love-zero-risk-in-the-sp500.85694/page-275#post-1519683 And then 3 pages later, almost 4 years later in time, guess who comes on after a few years of "coast is clear"... https://www.elitetrader.com/et/threads/gotta-love-zero-risk-in-the-sp500.85694/page-278#post-3747454 Like in Oct last year, and prolly during the Aug 2015 and Jan 2016 pullbacks as well. Same thing over and over. hehee!
%% NOT on the QQQ weekly chart= it's not oVer/ making higher highs. BUT QQQ has never really busted even in the worst bear market. It did go doWn oVer 80% , but took about 3 years to do that.I would not call it ''the longest running bull market in stocks '' Most consider a 20% correction like in OCT-DEC 2018 a bear- i would; but sounds like he got the main trend right =UP.....................................................................................
