That chart which I've seen floating around the thread in the past makes no sense. So what...If you did what the orange line represents, the S&P would be close to 3000? It needs to be annotated better.

I finally decided to test it, after all this time of seeing the idea bandied about. Will post the results after a while. Enter trade on RTH close, exit trade on RTH open. We shall see.
I would use ES without leverage since no stops. Added bonus of discretionary exits outside RTH over using SPY
What...... another up day in the land of perfect. Seems the sellers have all left. Not a seller in sight as each night the index futures rise.
Seems we are back into the pattern of buy the cash close and sell the open. Seems to be working well again. So easy to make money while you sleep. Wake up take your profit and go play golf...Boy look at them futures go up up up and away $$$$$$$$
